Casas Paraná knows that building a house goes beyond design and building material: it's a dream come true. We began building our pre-fab homes in the early 1990s, offering clients personalized projects, meeting the demands of families, creating our own unique style.
Current pre-fabricated styles are a far cry from old designs. Pre-fabs used to be built vertically, using bolts and nails. Casas Paraná uses the horizontal fitting system, with pre-cut pieces. Advantages of this building style are obvious:

Casas Paraná's in-house technical engineering team custom fits a project to individual client needs: whether it's for the beach, country or city. Client needs and preference are foremost in our minds.
While Casas Paraná is active in the Brazilian marketplace, it has expanded its activities to Africa, Nicaragua and the Mercosul Countries. We began negotiations with Spain and Portugal in 2001, exporting pre-fab houses to Europe.
Quality is always a priority at Casas Paraná. We use only the finest Brazilian hardwoods such as grápia, angelim and cambará. Our top quality finishing ensures client satisfaction.
